Testing and Inspection
Whether as an extra pairs of eyes, for peace of mind, or by way of early defect identification and prevention it is important to have a clear regime for the inspection of works in progress, or for the testing of completed works.

As always, prevention is better than cure, and a clear, simple and well timed inspection regime throughout a project can very easily save costly repairs or delays at a later stage.
Cyclical and Planned Maintenance
There is an acceptance that even the most robust building component or mechanical & electrical installation will require an element of routine maintenance to ensure that its design lifespan is achieved.
